Common Questions About Our Procedures.

1. Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?

While we welcome walk-in patients for general consultations and acute illnesses, we highly recommend booking an appointment for minor surgeries and comprehensive health screenings. This ensures minimal waiting time. You can instantly book or inquire via WhatsApp at 016-607 7891.

2. What types of "Minor Surgery" are performed at the clinic?

Poliklinik & Surgeri Dr. Roshen is equipped for various outpatient procedures performed under local anesthesia. This includes:

  • Excision of Lumps: Removal of Lipomas, Sebaceous Cysts, and skin tags.

  • Wound Care: Professional stitching (suturing) and abscess drainage (I&D).

  • Ingrown Toenail Treatment: Permanent relief via partial or full nail avulsion.

  • Foreign Body Removal: Safe extraction from skin, ears, or nose.

3. How should I prepare for a blood test or health screening?

For most executive health screenings involving glucose or cholesterol checks, you are required to fast for at least 8 to 10 hours before your appointment. You may drink plain water, but please avoid coffee, tea, or food. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling these tests during our morning hours (from 10:00 AM).

4. Is the clinic open on weekends or public holidays?

We are open Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that the clinic is currently closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. For updates on public holiday operating hours, please check our Google Business profile or contact us via WhatsApp.

5. Can I claim my visit through insurance or panels?

Yes, we serve various corporate panels and insurance providers. Please bring your original NRIC and your physical or digital medical card during registration so our staff can verify your coverage for consultations or procedures.
